Nigerian star Wizkid has a new album coming out this Thursday, October 15th, named “Made in Lagos”. The afrobeat singer announced the release date of the album alongside his single “No Stress” back in September.
The promotion for “Made in Lagos” had been underway for a couple years now, first being hinted in 2019. Wizkid has been dubbing this album “best he’s ever made” and that just hypes up the expectations.

Burna Boy, fellow Nigerian superstar, will reportedly be featured in the album, alongside big names such as Skepta, Starboy Terri, Ella Mai, and HER.
Wizkid has already established himself as a household name in the Afrobeats scene, with previous albums; “Superstar”, “Ayo” and “Sounds From The Other Side” winning multiple awards and featured in tours and venues across the World.
Born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, the artist made headlines in recent weeks about protesting against Nigerian police brutality.
Protesting against SARS, or Special Anti-Robbery Squad, the artist called out for the dissolution of the organization in a mass protest organized in London, also tweeting out numerously, having previously called out the Nigerian President to deal with the matter.
This is not about me/You or any individual !! This is for us and the next generation to come! Love everybody! ❤️
